PRODUCT SELECTION
Heat Resistant Conveyor Belts
Heat-resistant cover compounds for hot-material conveying. Selection depends on material and belt-surface temperatures, exposure time and operating conditions.

CONSTRUCTION & APPLICATION
Match the belt to the duty.
A suitable belt carcass combined with a heat-resistant rubber cover; heat resistance is a performance requirement, not a separate carcass type.
- Cement-material handling
- Sinter and metallurgical materials
- Hot bulk-material conveying

What to send for a quotation
Continuous and peak material temperatures, measured belt-surface temperature, particle size, cooling and duty cycle.
Include quantity, destination and required delivery terms. If specifications are unknown, attach an existing belt marking or a drawing.
Frequently asked
Is the catalogue test temperature a continuous material-temperature limit?
No. The table describes test conditions. Continuous service suitability depends on the compound, contact time, material and actual belt-surface temperature. Ask for a written application-specific recommendation.
